Bernice Sorge

Bernice, originally from N.S. has lived in Quebec most of her life.She is a writer, poet, painter and printmaker, using found material, bee's wax, oil and acrylic mediums. Her studio is a renovated church in the backroads of Dunham. Bernice organizes workshops in several disciplines including printmaking and painting as well as creative process workshops for groups. Recent projects include the founding of Encreguenille-Inkrag at her studio, poetry readings and some recently published memoirs. Her botanical prints of Quebec's wild plants are widely known and exhibited in different parts of the world. She has received prizes and grants, see website:
