Ian Ferrier and Moe Clark bring years of experience as spoken word performers and soundscape innovators. They will offer writing prompts and exercises to help generate ideas, and support participants through editing and crafting their written works for performance, including a collaborative exploration of sound as a base for words. Ian and Moe will bring a variety fo instruments, and group will explore breathwork, vocal work, and improvisation.Saturday, Nov. 23, Saturday, Nov. 30, and will culminate in a performance open to the public, Sunday, Dec. 1. Open to all poets, writers, and anyone interested in exploring sound in their work, as well as musicians interested in bringing more language to their sound. Free, but registration required.
